How we are paid, and what this site is.

Commercial relationships

Regenerative Direct connects licensed practices with products and coordinates purchase and onboarding. We expect to be paid by the manufacturer, or its distributor, when a practice buys a product through us. You do not pay us for information, documentation or a demo. The FTC regards a payment like this as a material connection that must be disclosed clearly, which is why a line saying so appears beside every product call to action.FTC endorsement guides

We do not claim to be any manufacturer’s authorized or exclusive distributor unless a product page says so expressly. Commercial terms with each manufacturer are recorded below and updated when they change.

• JUVASONIC (WeThrivv LLC): Material connection: Regenerative Direct is a JUVASONIC reseller and is paid when a practice orders with a code we issue after a consultation. You never pay us for information.

Trading name

Regenerative Direct is a trading name. No product on this site is represented asregenerating, repairing or healing tissue, or as diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing any disease or condition.

Regulatory statements

Each product’s regulatory status is stated in the FDA’s own vocabulary (approved, cleared, granted or listed), with the product code, the regulation and a link to the FDA record. Registration and listing with FDA do not denote FDA approval.21 CFR 807.39 No biologic product on this site is described as FDA approved.

Device status is stated as the FDA record shows it, and FDA listing is not FDA approval.

Manufacturer statements

Where we repeat what a manufacturer says, we quote it, name the manufacturer, link the source and give the date we read it. Those statements are the manufacturer’s, not ours, and we do not repeat manufacturer claims that go beyond a product’s regulatory status.

No testimonials, no results

This site carries no patient testimonials, no before-and-after images and no claims about outcomes, and it does not compare the effectiveness of products or categories.

For licensed practitioners

This site is written for licensed practices evaluating products to carry. It is not medical advice for any individual. Who may purchase, prescribe or operate a product is set by federal labeling and by your state’s licensing boards.
