What we collect, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, work email, optional phone number, practice name, role, state, practice type, current offerings, patient-volume band, what you are evaluating, your timeline and your message, plus the page you sent it from, the referring page and any campaign tags in the link you followed. Please do not send patient information; we do not want it and do not need it.
This site stores your day or night mode preference and your answer to the cookie notice in your browser (the answer is also kept in a small cookie that simply records “accepted” or “declined”). We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read; it sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and Google receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you view. We never send it anything you type into our forms, and we run no advertising trackers. See how Google uses this information.
Like any website, our server sees your IP address when you visit. When you send a form we use it for one thing: a short-lived spam limit (a one-way hash of the address, kept for ten minutes). Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google also receives your IP address when a page loads, under Google’s own privacy policy.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, send the documentation you asked for, arrange a call or demo, and, if you go ahead, coordinate your order and onboarding. We contact you by email or phone only about your enquiry and never with autodialled, pre-recorded or AI calls.
Who sees it
Our own team. The enquiry is stored on our website server (WordPress, hosted by Hostinger) and delivered to us by email. We share your contact and practice details with the manufacturer of a product you asked about only if you tick the box that says so, and only to arrange a demo or an order. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months, then deleted automatically from our website’s records, or sooner if you ask. Copies of an enquiry may also sit in our email; we delete those on request.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold, withdraw a consent, or confirm that we do not sell or share your information, by writing to paul@regenerativedirect.com. We answer within 30 days, and asking never changes how we deal with you. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including California, have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone.
Changes
If we change how we share information or add another service, this page changes first and will name it. Analytics follows the cookie notice: for visitors in the United States it is on by default and stays on unless you choose “Decline”; a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out of advertising measurement; and for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland it stays off unless you choose “OK”. You can change your answer at any time with the button below.
